Fashawn – Life As a Shorty (prod. Exile)

Brand new track from the kid Fashawn! Off his upcoming album, Boy Meets World, which is entirely produced by Exile (who is going on a European Tour starting tomorrow). I’ve included a track off his latest release (Radio) as a bonus. And you can check the dates (as well as the full artwork for Fashawn’s single) after the jump…

  16. For real this is beautiful hip-hop right here. Beautifully put together. Not really been checkin for Fashawn but hyped for the album now since he linked up with Exile, could it be a Below the Heavens part 2? Shake if you listening/reading this right now hook me up with some new Blu man, I’m having withdrawal symptoms, lmao I’m serious!!

  19. fuck off loyd
Shit’s fresh, some real nice summer music

  20. loyd you’re a damn fool. Fashawn just got done ripping it with Evidence overseas while your still at home posting idiotic shit. you dont think Fash is ill and will be a problem in the future get your fuckin ears checked. Boy meets world is gonna be dope.

  21. Fashawn be dope plain and simple.
That track he had with the sample line from Talib’s verse on definition was dope as hell

  22. I agree with Cesc. It has the potential to be another BTH, but that might be setting the bar too high. Exile brings out the best in all of the emcees that works with–especially on full-length projects. Does anyone know if he’s producing the entire album?

  23. Yeah, i think he is.

  24. Yeah, Ex produced the whole album…I got to hear a good bit of it while he out here a couple weeks ago and while nothing is Below The Heavens 2, everything I heard off of the album was RIDICULOUS…It’s definitely gonna be the proper intro for Fashawn and one of the better albums of ’09.
