I first heard of (and heard) Toki Wright at this years Paid Dues as he was Brother Ali’s hypeman live band. He performed one of his own joints and I pretty much became a fan. The first artist in the Rhymesayers’ Spotlight Series (which is aimed at giving developing talent a platform to bring their message to the masses). With that said, here is a joint featuring and produced by Brother Ali off his new album A Different Mirror. ha I remember them playin this joint at fifth element the last time I was there.
That design on POS’s hat was one of the designs for the never better cover so im thinkin maybe fifth element online would have the hat for it. if that helps
Toki Wright is the homey and the mentor. It’s great to see him on 2DopeBoyz today. I performed at and attended his in-store performance at Fifth Element last night in Uptown Minneapolis. It was truly a dope experience. Finna crack open the album tonight. Y’all should definitely get it. The SoulTools production on it is CRAZY ILL!
