Lil Wayne’s Rebirth Gets New Release Date…

…and that date is August 18. And to be completely honest with you, I’m with Dre… in that I’m actually looking forward to hearing it!

Expect great music. That’s all I ever want them to expect from me. I wanted to grow and show my growth as well. It’s a difference from when you go in a room and come out and you’re better and everyone says, ‘How did you do that?’ So with this album, I wanted everyone to see my growing pains.

    Lil Wayne when he is focused like the kobe bryant joke is one of the best mrappers of all time and

    right Lil Wayne is at his best musically wise,He’s so much more creative with his lines and his topics than in the carter 1 and carter 2 days

    Rebirth should be a great album,im happy to hear that he actually will be rapping,hope he lays off the autotune as songs like im not human and spit and fix my hat are hinting

Can’t put him in top 10 with guys like Jay, Em, Big L, and MCs of that lyrical caliber by the end of his career… maybe if he has a couple more albums like the carter 3

  13. i got a clothing company and the main thing that i was told to never do is set a date of release for a piece of clothing, unless i was absolutely sure that it was going to come out on that date. With that being said with all of these rappers putting their release dates out and then moving over and over again i feel like they are losing interest…Except Jay-z and Dre

  18. august?! damnit man, im really trying to hear this album but this is like the 4th time they have moved the release date!!! i love lil wayne but im kinda losing interest in this cd the more they push it back, but i guess on one hand the more they work on it shows they want to make it the best possible
