TRV$ DJ-AM – Fix Your Face 2 (Mixtape)

The first time these two linked up for a mixtape, the outcome was (2)dope! With part 2, Travis Barker and DJ-AM take a very creative route in releasing their mixtape. Charging folks one tweet for a download link. Using a custom engine (built by Culture Jam Labs), they are giving away their new mixtape as a free download once a dopeboy has tweeted a certain message. That message and more info can be found at twitter.trvsdjam.com. This might sound like a trivial thing to some, but you’ve really got to respect the genius behind it. They are really tapping into the power of Twitter and it’s marketing potential. However, I do realize there are folks out there that don’t fuck with Twitter, so I’ve included a download link. No tracklist like last time, just a very dope mix of music…

  1. This one has a live sound to it. Vol. 1 was sick. This one has some high techno. A couple tracks they did last time are used. Pretty descent!
