He’s always had the jokes on every one of his albums because they’re a representation of his Slim Shady personna. And the album wasn’t necessarily about being sober, it was called Relapse, it was a narrative representative of his collapse into using drugs, and his steady return back to being Marshall Mathers. And i’ll admit i dont like the accent, but someones voice they use doesn’t define an album, ex: Q-Tip has a kind of annoying voice, but he is still one of the best to ever rap. And nobody said they liked Relapse better than Marshall Mathers LP
