Not that Jailtime is ever a good thing, but 2 months in a low-security prison in Arkansas doesn’t seem too bad considering how big they’re making the case out to be.

Not only the house arrest but also he ain’t really do shit to keep him in that long anyway. Jails/prisons are fucking crowded nowadays. Where I live at, the jail downtown released like 1,000 people who spent a lot of time behind bars or people like T.I. with small shit late last year I think or the year before cuz they were crowded and needed space. Killers, rapists, kidnappers, robbers, etc…are who needs to be behind bars and it’s understandable for someone like T.I. to not do much time. Look at Gucci, the judge told him a mandatory year and he only did 6 months.

Shit, the sooner he’s out the sooner his new album drops but the Paper Trail re-release is still scheduled to drop so idk what’s gonna happen now with this sudden change of prison plans.
As someone who’s in law enforcement, the deal he’s getting is actually pretty standard, as far as the house arrest time being counted towards his sentence.
standard my ass if any regular citizen did this they would more than likely have to serve the whole sentence
T.I. got what Michael Vick got. He’s serving 2 months and the rest is more house arrest. The house arrest he already did has nothing to do with the less time. He got majority of the prison time traded for more house arrest like Michael Vick is getting out tommorow and whatever is left on his sentence will be house arrest.
