He didn’t go on until 3:20 AM, and the doors opened @ 10:00PM. A lot of people were upset, tired, and agitated… That was a few of the reasons why a fight kicked off. And then they started shooting after the show. Drake is Dope but whoever setup this concert was an idiot.. Everyone of his opening acts was wack[except for Mickey & Shawnna(guest appearance)]. They made Drake look REAL BAD.. Who pair’s up Sly Polariod with Drake? They are nothing alike…. On a side note though, I was really impressed that EVERYONE in the building knew his lyrics word for word(every song)… Which is crazy when you think about it, cause this guy doesn’t have an album, solo video, not even an official single…. Thats impressive.. Overall the concert was wack, but Drake was dope

The concert was poorly put together my ass. Doors didn’t open until 12:30. Opening acts couldn’t go on til about 1:40 cause Drake wasn’t there. He was at a club event that my friend was promoting which ran from 10 to 2. Drake steps in to the venue around 2:30 as they announce ‘Drake has just entered the building’. I wait til about 3:10 til Drake comes on and he does a 40 minute set. Don’t get me wrong, he was live but the fact that he had us wait for so long killed me. He is a humble, genuine, and honest dude but to pull something like that is wack. Why would you take a club promotion over a show that you had originally scheduled? On top of that, I walk out the show and head to my parking garage only to hear three gun shots sound off. One dude walks up to me and says ‘Man nigga was I hit?’. I then look as he lifts his shirt up and he has a bullet wound in his ass. Drake, you’re a good dude but you’re no Jay yet. You might be one day, but that day hasn’t come so to play your fans like that is wack. I could wait all night for Jay and be happy still, but what you did was really out of your character.

What some of y’all don’t understand is that a majority of the time, when an artist arrives late for a show that shit ain’t even on them. Fuckin promoters not having their money right, managers being on some bullshit, and the general rowdiness of the club often times sets things back. I would be willing to bet that Drake wasn’t like “oh let’s show up mad late to the show, that shit would be dope”. There’s a lot of shit that happens that fans don’t realize, that keeps artists from going on stage on time.

All I kno is that I hope his show at University of Delaware wit Young Jeezy aint like that cuz if it is ima b real salty about payin 4 a ticket. I’m a fan of dude and his music but one thing I noticed from watchin these clips of his tour dates is that he need to work on his live singing. Drake can sing on record but that live shit be soundin like boo boo 2 b honest. Mary J Blige was the same way when she 1st started out.
