		<description>excellent. Black Thought and the Roots band are the better things that have happened to hip-hop. Tarik is the hardest working mc on earth. he is making it possible for hip hop to have &quot;standard&quot; pieces--like his performing G Rap&#039;s &quot;Men At Work&quot; or playing hypeman to Grand Puba Maxwell. If other rappers would follow Black&#039;s lead and ease off the ego tripping a little bit in order to properly pay homage to rap legends (and possibly create money-making situations for them) this could really create a serious movement.
