Tical 2000 was average, 3-4 good tracks, none worth writing home about. Absolutely no replay value.

Joe Budden, in the last 10 years, has painted some of the most brilliant pictures and verses ever spit on Wax. Coutless songs with REPLAY value that really force you to listen, and listen and over and over

Budden writes each verse as if his life depends on it to live. Literally, he puts everything he has into it. Then goes over everything with a fine comb. Budden sets the bar extremely high for himself. He pours his heart out and shows truthfulness in ever verse.
Method doesn’t have this dynamic. Meth just makes music in the simplest form. Meth lyrics really hold no weight other than to “sound good” over stellar production. Unfortunately all of Method Mans albums have been average or sub-average due to poor production.
Maybe Budden will cause Meth to actually step his shit up..

How do you retards get rapping and song making confused? Yes Meth has more classic songs, but Joe is by far a better rapper. If you are a fan of basic flows, I understand you’re standpoint. I like conplex lyrics that make you think. Method Man is straight forward and direct. Joe’s lines are thought provoking and intriguing.
