This is an old track during the recording of the Comeback Season mixtape. Drake was a fan of Tanya Morgan and Von was also a fan of his (everyone that knows me, knows I’m always putting on for the city and sending everyone not from the Dot songs from artists I’m down with) so I linked them together. We couldn’t get them all in the same studio in time, so the quality of the song wasn’t great when D was putting it together with 40 for the mixtape. It eventually got scrapped, and he used his verses on another beat. Ah well. This is only 1 of 3 joints i got with them. Ha! BTW this was put together with just the references (thanks to Aeon!) so we couldn’t split up Drakes verses, this ain’t no mixtape dub (ex. “I’m Goin In”) this was O-FISH-ALL. Shout out to Boi-1da on the boards!

I was thinking the same thing as Stepth! That would be official. I was hoping it would have been on “So Far Gone” or “Thank Me Later”, but I realize it probably was too much time since then and Drake has evolved…but we still would like that for the collection.
