I was at the show last night and some punk ass went up to Asher and smacked him (or tried to? It was hard to see)… dude got kicked out, obviously. When Asher came back onstage he said something like “You know you’re blowing up when someone pays thirty dollars to smack you.”
It was funny; nothing serious.

Seriously Asher is what Prodigy was years ago. It’s funny how a catchy tune or two will make people wanna suck dick. Is there anyone here still rydin Souja Boy or Mike Jones? I think not. Will we still be talking about Asher Roth in a few years? I think not.
P.S. I’m Racist against anyone rapper who trys to use their skin color as a marketing plot. I’m not saying Asher fits this category I’m just saying if he was black he’d still be mediocre in my eyes. Maybe rap is a bit racist, but I’m not looking forward to Lil Wayne recording a rock album. Did anyone hear the rock version of lolly pop? Wackness at it’s max.
