I own everything he’s ever touched but within the past year or so (around the time The Formula dropped) I became bored with his monotonous production e.g same drums, choppy samples light snares. BUT THIS! This made me feel like being a 9th fan again. lol

  20. That beat is hot, but to me it doesn’t sound like a “Nas” beat. Nas does have poor beat selection, but for some reason (at least to me) this doesn’t sound likes something Nas would spit over now. If Nas doesn’t take it, I hope somebody else does. Kinda feels like something Jay would use?

  28. I agree with you some of you. Some parts of the beat scream dope , but the intro that E Jones did to me doesn’t even fit the track. It just is a little too much going on in the track. Now as far as Nas Being on the track I can’t see that at all. Its too much. 9th is a dope producer. But to me I think Khrysis would do a doper beat right now. 9th is , to me being a little influenced by today’s music production. To me Nas has to just buckle down and do the All Primo Album first. Then a all star producer album with 9th, Ayatollah, Dave west, Primo, Shit Harvy Allbangers in Chi. That to me makes since.

  29. The way 9th was going crazy is exactly the way I reacted when I first heard a 9th beat, which coincidentally was God’s Stepson. It was one of those moments that restored my faith in hip hop and reminded me why I became a fan in the first place.
