  4. dilated peoples (EVIDENCE, RAKAA & BABU)..they put out and continue to put out consistently dope music..BLU, CROOKED, PAC DIV, MURS, PLANET ASIA and U-N-I also doing their thing..im still waiting on the day RAS KASS puts out an album where he picks dope beats..maybe a RAS KASS album entirely produced by DJ KHALIL..west coast got so many dope artists..cant wait for some of these artists to drop a new album (VISIONARIES, SELF SCIENTIFIC, DEFARI, CASUAL, CHINO XL (he lives in cali now), SINFUL,PHIL DA AGONY, LIVING LEGENDS, SAAFIR) im sure i forgot to mention a few artists..also hope one day we can get a FREESTYLE FELLOWSHIP, LOOTPACK, GOLDEN STATE WARRIOR & PHARCYDE album..anyways..PEACE
