Honestly, I hope he doesn’t start singing more than rapping… it works for him somewhat but I enjoy him when he is on his shit like City is Mine, Ransom, Still Fly etc.

“Successful” is NUTS. The first two verses are Drake at his best. I love how personal he gets.
“Best I Ever Had” is a jam. It kinda melodically apes Wayne’s “My Nigga”, but it’s way more polished.
“Ignant Shit” is dope, but what I really like about it is when it gets chopped & screwed at the end, reminds me of the end of Kanye’s “Drive Slow”.
“Little Bit”, “Uptown” and “The Calm” all go hard, too.

I hate that talented rappers don’t seem to want to rap anymore. This dude is damn good he just hasn’t found himself musically. He sounds like Wayne, Lupe and Kanye depending on what he wants to do on a particular track. We can’t get a good feel for him because he doesn’t know who he wants to be.

I love the whole album!
i guess if you’re into r&b and wayne, then you would definitely like this mixtape.
i like some of the songs, but most of it ain’t my type. still props to him for at least being lyrically better than wayne
