Yeah Ross makes a few joints, but saying hes got more classics that 50 is idiotic. Maybach Music was dope, granted. What about In Da Club, If I Cant, 21 Questions, Hate It Or Love It, Patiently Waiting, I Get Money etc etc
It’s not the fact that he used to work in law enforcement, it’s the fact that after all the information leaked (pictures, w-4′s, SSN’s, letters of appreciation from Fla. DOC, etc…) he still won’t admit to it. 50 said something to Flex that made perfect sense. He said Ross shoulda just said “Yea, I was. how do u think I got the connect?”, and that probably would have been, more or less, the end of it. CO’s are always getting in trouble for fraternizing with inmates. Whether it be sneaking contraband in, out, sending messages outside, sellin or buying drugs to or from them. it would have been a helluva lot more believable if had taken that route, rather than thinking it was just gonna blow over. That’s not acting like a boss. He(and only he. The Khaled shit was a lil too far, but so was the thing with Curtis’ son) deserves whatever fallout that comes from this.
It’s funny that people care about Ross being a CO at one time. Yeah, he should have just admitted to it…but the majority of rappers are frontin any damn way. From their childhood to the whips they rollin in to the girls they claim they with…if people really believe most rappers actually do the shit they rap about, jokes on them. The majority are actors. Characters. Alter egos. As far as this ‘beef’, this is nothing but good exposure for Ross. In the marketing world, there’s no such thing as bad publicity. It’s all entertaiment.
