The internet works in funny ways. I got this record yesterday morning with talks of a premier over at the plantation. Now I see it hit the nets a little early. So why not drop it myself? De La covering Tribe? So sick! Off J.Period’s upcoming mixtape with Q-Tip entitled The [Abstract] Best; and drops next week. Featuring the likes of Busta Rhymes, Pharoahe Monch, The Roots, Zion I and more. UPDATE: I just wanted to say that it’s sad that shit like this gets no love in the c-section. 1 comment (at the time of this update)?!? Really!?   4. De La been fresh and will continue to remain one of the freshest groups in HipHop regardless of the lack of acknowledgement from the majority. Seen them @ Rock the bells last year in Toronto and by far they were the most adept at rockin the crowd, emceein at it’s finest, out shined everybody else’s showing. Good lookin on the link
