Last night I attended the show for the FCC Lift Off/”Mass Appeal 2009″ video shoot, and I’ll say I was pleasantly surprised. I ran into the usual suspects as well as met a lot of new folks as well. The biggest winners of the night were my ears and eyes thanks to the good music spun by the DJ as well as the off the chain performances and the wild amounts of dime pieces that showed up as well. My nose, however, not so much thanks to the hair of ol’ girl I stood next to while getting photos of the event. And extra FAIL goes to the husky fellow with the too-smedium vest and the Corey Hart-style sunglasses near and eventually on the stage (see the third video) who displayed mass amounts of coonery in a public arena.
