So Amalgam Digital redeems themselves (sort of) from the epic fail of a live stream when Joe Budden, Royce Da 5’9″, Crooked I & Joell Ortiz did their thing at SOBs this past week; as they put up a good quality video of the entire performance.
Hip Hop, Video

Amalgram don’t fuck re group up like the feed..
I love how they boo’ed ‘lollipop’ lmao
CROOKED COMPLETLY MURDERED THE SHOW
paul rosenberg really knows how to keep the crowd happy… lol
but dope my amalgam to put this out.
LMAO at the boo’s
Dudes were rowdy in the spot eh
man these dudes are dope. But I think number in making a dope show is the flow of momentum and organization. from what I Saw this show lacked both. too much standing around and talking too many acapellas ( come on fellas we came to hear your dope songs, not just bars and bars and bars).
i was at the show and the reason they had so many acapellas wasnt because they wanted to do it like that, it was because the sound system was horrible and the sound was extremly disorted and at time was drowning out their mic’s so it was better to just keep it off, or really low.
yea they should have had a quality sound system, quality mics, clear everything.. would have been 100x better.
SLAUGHTERHOUSE just might make be the best 4 man group ever.
crooked I killed it! damn. Joey > *
wouldve been nice to see more Ortiz solo shit
dope show..as said above me, woulda been coo to see more Ortiz solo….but the sound system was wack…hopefully if they do another show they work that aspect out n structure the show better….more crooked n ortiz solo spots were needed
owwwwwwwww….it’s peter rosenberg.

ah thanks for the heads up. I didnt know that. man that sucks.
That was a really dope show. It felt like I was actually there (lol)!
You could tell that Crooked I was a bit tipsy or drunk! It was good to see that they all actually get along and really do respect each other as artists/rappers/MC’s and most importantly as men or better friends.
This really makes you proud to be a hip-hop fan! I could imagine when one of them becomes successful to the masses or obtain more solidified success (God willing), them meeting up with each other at their shows when one of them travels the country etc.
This really gives you the memory of how authentic the vibe of hip-hop used to be, not that it’s dead but there are a lot of ok rappers and wak rappers and not a lot of good or great rappers shining these days.
