Oscar Grant Killer Charged w/ Murder (Video)

We posted a video yesterday that stated Johannes Mehserle was arrested in Nevada. And now we get the news that he’s been charged with murder. Next step is a speedy trial that leads to a guilty verdict.

  2. i’m not sure there’s a great case against murder, he looked genuinely shocked he had fired his gun. It looks like a fucked up accident, but manslaughter could definitely be in his future.

  3. I will only be satisfied with murder 2. A black man in this country would get nothing less than murder 2. This guy is a danger and threat to society.

  5. Seeing how long the legal system is from previous cases, i suppose it’ll take a few months before he’ll get his guilty verdict. From now on we need to hold cops accountable for what injustice they commit.
