Blu is not just one of the best lyricist but he also brings it with his production skillz. Cant wait for that project with Sene to drop to hear more of his dope beats.

I think Blu’s beats are dope, simplistic drums over chopped jazz samples, they’re not always the best, but this one is superb.

This is the best “new” rapper. I like Wale ok, Asher Roth is kinda growing on me, Kid Cudi is hipster bullshit, but Blu.
Blu is that real shit. Can touch on a variety of topics. Puts his soul into his music, works constantly, puts on a pretty damn good live show.
He’s also putting out a ton of free joints that are just incredible. All the Kings men, with that SICK Aretha sample, just insanity. Just Another Day, Mars, so many dope joints.
and this beat is ridiculous. You suck if you don’t like it. That said, another Exile album is much needed. Blu’s joint on Exile’s album (something liberation) is another gem.
Blu gets more play with all these cuts than any other artist right now. I’ve listened to this song way too much.
