Killer Mike Shows You How to Open a Record (Video)

Killer Mike stops by Fat Beats NY to show you exactly how to open a record (in this case the dopest album of the year). Dude’s hilarious, straight up. I looked at her ass first and this my own child. Ha! I do have to say though… the internet did kill the joy I used to get when I would get home and and unwrap a brand new tape/cd and pop it in the player for the first time. Don’t get me wrong, I still purchase albums but it’s not the same. Shouts to DJ Sav*one for the heads up on the video.   10. uh, that cd looked nothing like a “record” and i watched this thinking he actually had some vinyl. i would feel somewhat cheated if he didn’t speak the truth on the experience of handling a physical copy. i have yet to download a full cd from itunes. i HAVE to have the physical copy…

  13. I don’t think Killer Mike does anything half assed. This video is hilarious. He’s dead on point too. The album art on “I pledge allegiance to the grind II” is dope and the album is easily the album of the year.
