    Lil Wayne – How he is even considered a lyricist is beyond my understanding.
    Nas – A straight beast with raw lyrics and a great flow.

    my response is fuck you. jay has the best lyrics. nas has great delivery. the two cant be compared. they are the top in their catagories. i wanna see a show where rappers that are rich be stripped of their money and fame then make a rap song. caue some blow up then rub the money they have in less fortunate peoples faces.

    I swear every time I hear an interview or see an interview of his, it’s always inspirational.

    I mean he really is a “Hip-Hop Head” with the whole wishing idea of Nas doing a album with the original production team from Illmatic.

    I mean that WOULD be amazing to hear Nas with production from LES, Q-Tip, Large Professor, DJ Premiere and Pete Rock again on ONE album.

    What are you smoking? Jay-Z has the best lyrics, I’m going to assume you are just talking about the 3 MC’s here because if you aren’t listen to any Ras Kass/Crooked I track and you will quickly learn his lyrics don’t touch a lot of rappers. But even compared to Nas it isn’t even close. There is absolutely nothing that Jay has that can even come close to It Was Written and Illmatic, let alone Stillmatic. Reasonable Doubt was a good album but in my opinion everything else is over hyped.

24. Jay is a great rapper, Wayne sucks, but Nas is a great M.C. there is a difference. All Jay talk about mostly is material and wealth. Nas be dropping science and making you think. Wayne needs a translator. And I’m from the south and I’m not scared to say that niggaz from the south is killing hip-hop. All my hip-hop heads imaging a track with Nas, Canibus, Killa Priest, Rakim, AZ, Mos Def, Talib, and Hell Razah. Whooo.
