Most of the mixtapes with Wayne are fake just like the tapes with Jay. It took forever to release C3 because every time wayne would finish a decent song it would end up leaked but also he was so deep in wanted to be featured with everyone like he said on the BET Bobby V making the video that he is burnt out. It is the same curse as Jadakiss, amazing when he is featured but Garbo on his own albums. Probably Baby is leaking his stuff. Controversy kept him relevant and the majority of his verses are subpar but the ones he started with were so good that he surfs on "swagger" to stay dope.
