Bar Exam 2 has been delayed yet again this time until November 1st 2008, What was supposed to be a free mixtape is now a retail album hosted by dj green lantern (similar to immortal techniques album), For all of the die hard fans that have been put through multiple delays will be granted a 5 dollar off coupon at bestbuy. This coupon will be issued to all users that signed up for an account at nickelnine.com as well as a deal being worked out with hiphopdx.com and 2dopeboyz.com. Again I apologize for the delay but what originally included freestyles now only includes full exclusive songs. We had an offer from an independent label that we could not refuse. I really think the main reason for the fan/stans being so pissed for this delay is this: You promise a FREE ONLINE release on a certain day. People are going to take your word for what you say. Its an online posting, something much easier then to get an album in stores. You make this promise and then when the day finally arrives, nothing happens. Not only do we not get the release, but we don’t get any type of notice from the artist or anyone associated with them until a few days later. THAT is on some bullshit. Ain’t no way you didn’t have any type on internet access to where you couldn’t of shot off a quick email/update/myspace/twitter/whatever to your peoples and fans to give them the necessary info. We’re fiending cause we care. All we need is a little bit in return.
