    Philly leased the beat from Johnny Juliano……

    then Juliano sold the beat to Warner Bros. for about $10,000.

    Philly sent his demo out to A/R’s too…so the beat was heard out there…and I guess Warner Bros. and Khalifa caught on quickly.

    Oh well…kinda intriguing to say the least…haha.
