Crooked I – KUBE93 Interview x Freestyle (Video)

The homie Crooked I sits down with DJ Hyphen (good looks on the shout!) on KUBE93 in Seattle. Hip Hop Weeklys come up (of course) as well as talk of his single with Akon and upcoming album, B.O.S.S. As a bonus, you guys also get a few bars over this A-Trak & Lupe joint. Shake will most likely be in the studio with Crook come Friday so be on the lookout for some exclusive shit! Part 2 and 3 are after the jump. Also, LOV has a shirt collab with Crooked I that can be purchased here.

  1. SEATTLEEEEE

  2. i wish crooked didn’t spit the same freestyle at every radio station

  3. I’d cop a t-shirt if the price came down a little…good lookin on the interview!

  4. I had to look twice to make sure I was reading that right. I don’t know why KUBE bothers trying to pretend that they’re a hip-hop station. At this point the local country stations probably play more hip-hop than they do. I wish Crook was up here to play a show.

  5. ^^he was, it was at Chop Suey on Saturday night. and you should peep my Sound Session show man, we’re definitely hip-hop to the core.

also peep my blog if you need any more info. Thanks to Shake & Meka for posting this up!

  6. My bad Hyphen, I was in the middle of something so I didn’t get to listen to the interview and figure out that there was actually a real hip hop show on KUBE during the weekends (I usually only listen to the radio at work). You got me back with the news that I missed the man in my own town though. I’m pissed.

  7. All good man, hopefully Crooked will be back up here soon so you can check out his show. If you’re able to download/stream stuff at work, all our recent Sound Session episodes are archived on the kube site. I think you’ll enjoy em
