The first time I heard Lyriciss was when amanda shot me a song from the DMV emcee that had a shout out to 2dopeboyz. And since I’m self centered as a *shut yo mouth* I had to give him a listen based of that alone. To my surprise (not really) he has talent on top of a great blog-choosing mind. Dropping this mixtape on America’s Independence Day for the dopeboyz and dopegirlz out there. See ya’ll next post!

It’s taken me 2 years to get this mixtape out since I dropped “Vol.1: Look At My Life” in 2006. That mixtape was posted on DatPiff in ’07, 4 star rating, nothing but positive comments. That being said, I wanted to step it up with this mixtape and show the growth I’ve had as an artist and a man in the past 2 years…I had my first child born, I got out of the little bit of street life that I was in…life changed. I also established myself as an artist with the ability to help the DMV movement progress, proven from open mics and battles in my hometown to doing magazine showcases in NYC and receiving nothing but love and respect from my peers. So to everyone that hears this mixtape, love it, enjoy it, hate it…just get something from this mixtape, because it’s ME…this mixtape IS Lyriciss.
