Ahh shit. Meka was telling me about this joint last night while he was at the listening session then my man Octo came through with the mp3. Jayceon teams up with Travis Barker to put together our new anthem. Don’t let people fool you, The Game loves the site and needed to make a song about us. Thank you thank you haha. This will be off the recently pushed back L.A.X. album, which now drops on my pops birthday (Aug28th). I’m sure Meka will add thoughts to this soon. MEKA UPDATE: So last night I attended the listening session for Game’s album, where he previewed the entire album amid an army of reporters, backpackers, hipsters, Bloods, Crips, Wale and my ass. I’ll be honest; while it’s not as good as The Documentary, it’s shaping up to be light years ahead of The Doctor’s Advocate. My particular favorites were the song below, the Nottz-produced “California Sunshine” with Bilal and “Gentleman’s Affair” with Ne-Yo. I bounced before I heard the rest of the album, on account that the number of burly, seedy-looking types cloaked in red garb started to outnumber the number of guests. That, and the Mary Jane being lit up like sparklers (despite the fact the place was in Santa Monica, where cops go in on that city on a daily basis). All in all, a good experience.

Btw, I expect…wait, know this shit is going to leak, but not too far before release. Worse comes to worse a dude grows some balls and brains; pushes that shit into stores ahead of time like they used to do (see Eminem, 50 Cent on Massacre).
I tried to catch DJ AM and Barker but couldn’t go… the videos on youtube look dope. Barker’s energy makes for a great show.
