obviously most of you are american and do not know much about other cultures. to MOST amercians “culture” is a hot dog and a reality show. this dance is part of their culture – and so is “making it rain.” which if ANY of you knew anything you’d know THAT is where li’l wayne got the idea from — middle eastern cultures have been tipping like that for decades! we dance samba in brazil and it appears obscene to americans, as well. it would take too long and be too much for you all to comprehend to even try to ellucidate about the meaning behind it for those of you here. other cultures don’t infuse everything with shame and sex like most americans do. and yes, i am american by birth.
