The first leak from the upcoming Kanye-less Invincible Summer is here folks! Shouts to DJ Skee! Pharrell hops on and it’s go time over some Neptunes production. Com is def stepping out of the box with this one. UPDATE: Brought this back to the top for an update with the NoDJ version. I’m still outside the door with this one. I really like the sound, etc but Common is not the emcee for this. And I hope he doesn’t run the whole LP like this.

Definitely different. Feelin it.
Be and Finding Forever were excellent albums, but very similar in sound. You can’t hate on Common for going after something different for this project, or else he would become repetitious and everyone would complain. Sometimes there is just no pleasing people. This song isn’t a typical “Pop” single, I am definitely feeling it…Pharrell and the Neptunes are on point. Looking forward to Invincible Summer. (Not hating on those who disliked the record, everyone has their own taste…but those who say it doesn’t sound like Common, that’s the idea of this album and excluding Kanye West from production.)
