Gangsta Ass Laterian Milton (Video)

So my man D Solo proved he’s got more use than hooking up Kidz in the Hall material haha. Oh boy, Hip Hop is gonna feel the wrath of this one, bet. Laterian Milton’s gutter’ness is better than 95% of the rappers out’s gutter’ness.

Just a little bit, no video games for a whole weekend.

The Roots on Green Latern’s Hip Hop Nation Radio

I was going to make a post about The Roots regardless if I had anything new to add (I do, so it’s a bonus) just to tell ya’ll to cop Rising Down which is in stores today! The Roots had a pretty intense day yesterday. From a performance on Letterman with Wale and Chrisette Michele to a jam session on Green Lantern’s Hip Hop Nation Radio show to their release party at Sutra in NYC (check OKP for the full break down, with pictures and all). This post consists of the GL appearance. Shouts to my dude Shamz who was in the building!

Andre 3000 – Alter Ego The Mixtape (Mixtape)

As I was getting together a fresh What’s in the Tapedeck (Mixtape Edition) I got this in my inbox. Rather than waiting a day and grouping it with rest I felt this deserved it’s own post. You mad? Of course not. Who would be mad at a dope mix of 3stacks’ music?

Crooked I – B.O.S.S. of the West pt.1 (HipHopDX Interview)

[googlevideo=http://video.google.com/videoplay?docid=3543592546423623210]

As I’ve spoke on in previous posts, my most recent trip to Cali was both business and pleasure. This counts as both really. I interviewed Crooked I for HipHopDX but I also got to kick it with the man (and Mickey too… what up?) as well as listen to his upcoming single with Akon (which is pretty dope). I also asked him about his issues with DMX (listen to week 2, you’ll know). So sit back and watch part one of our (Meka was in the room too) interview. This part focuses on his Hip Hop Weekly Series (from the creation to his favorites). He even suggests bringing it back if something happens. We speak on his upcoming album, B.O.S.S. As well my Lakers and the best player in the NBA. Check out DX for more information on certain things that are brewing.

Busta Rhymes – We Made It f. Linkin Park

You know Shake and his non-sleeping methods of running this blog shit haha (after I posted this I see a blitz of emails in my inbox haha, thanks to everyone). Busta’s first single featuring Linkin Park, produced by Cool N Dre (with help from Mike Shinoda) for his upcoming LP, Blessed, dropping June 17th. Be on the lookout for the video in May.
