For all my midnight vultures. I came across this mixtape a while back, but I never got around to listening to it til now. Apparently the good doctor got to my future ex-wife, and she’s spitting kinda greasy over vintage Dre beats. “Say Yes” this sure as hell isn’t.Tracklist and link after the jump…

I promised my dude Vex (and myself) that I would show support to this AMAZING feature about the crisis across seas in Sudan. Please do yourself a favor and check out the first part of this over at the plantation. Check the excerpt below…
“The result? Over 400,000 people have died since 2003 from the violence. Let me do my best Rakim impression and drop some science on you all: that’s 100,000 people a year; 274 people a day; 11 people an hour. That means during the past four years, 11 people have died every single hour.” – Slava Kuperstein [via HipHopDX]
Ricky Rawssssss performing at the Nassau Coliseum. What up Sav!

These guys put in work! Another huge shout out to The Rub for keeping me entertained for countless hours. Enjoy tracks from the likes of Wu-Tang, CNN, Hova, Gang Starr, etc as DJ Eleven runs down music from 1997.

Just a brief history on this. Nas’ vocals leaked and they were placed on some (wack) instrumental and then leaked to the internets. Most sites jumped on it and we’re later stumped, regardless … the incredibly talented DJ Khalil of Self Scientific (if you don’t own Change, you are not hip hop) previewed the track with his production and speaks on the possibly of placement on the new Nas LP. Word up!

More goodness from the God emcee. Again, apologies for the slower updates, etc. We’ll be back to our regular scheduled program soon enough. Yessir!
