This has nothing to do with music; rather it’s an article I read on protecting yourself from the common cold and flu. While I thought that four hours of sleep, the occasional game of Madden and Top Ramen would do the trick for me (boy was I wrong!), here are some other ways of protecting yourself during these cold winter months.

recommendation instead of top ramen – citrus juice. Take some lemon juice straight if you can. Lots of vitamin C.
