EDIT: I know this is Meka’s show, but the Shake has been inspired by this post! I wanna put a little history lesson down on the use of this sample and the origin. Thanks to my girl I now know … it started out with a riddim that came from Studio One which was used by Sly Dunbar & Robbie Shakespeare in 1980 to produce the above Nightclubbing. Which in turn was a cover to the Iggy Pop rock hit with the same title. See you next post…
